We operate seven days a week and process orders daily. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation and successful payment verification, including weekends whenever possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

During promotional campaigns, special events, product launches, or sales periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mina Moon is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the courier service. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
